Strong Haul is a good call!
Structural Property Waiver: Strong Haul LLC commercial fleets exceed 20,000 lbs combined when fully laden. Strong Haul LLC is fully released from liability for subsurface structural settling, cracking, or cosmetic depression of unpaved pathways, grass lawns, decorative sidewalks, residential concrete driveways, septic systems, or underground irrigation plumbing located within the customer-specified delivery zone.
Overhead Clearance Mandate: The client acknowledges that hydraulic dumping operations and mechanical pallet sliding require clear vertical space. All drop zones must be 100% free of low-hanging foliage, roof eaves, structures, and overhead public utility lines (power, fiber, telecom). Operations will be aborted immediately if overhead hazards present a fleet liability.
Terrain Safety & Refusal Rights: Material deliveries will only be dropped on stable, compact, and reasonably level grade. Strong Haul LLC operators retain absolute authority to refuse material drops on excessive slopes or unstable embankments that compromise fleet stability.
Site Extraction Financial Liability: If a customer demands placement on unstable terrain (e.g., saturated mud, uncompacted fill dirt, loose deep sand) against the explicit advice of the operator and the fleet vehicle becomes immobilized, the customer assumes full financial responsibility for all heavy commercial recovery towing and extraction invoices.
